Pricing FAQ

How does the deposit work?

You pay 50% to book your slot. The scope document arrives within 1 business day, work begins, and the remaining 50% is due when the final files are delivered — not before.

Can I pay in full instead?

Yes — paying 100% upfront gets you 3% off the package price. Select it at checkout.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 7 or more days before your kickoff date for a full refund. Inside 7 days, a 15% scheduling fee applies, since the slot is reserved and can’t be resold on short notice. Full terms are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

What if my project needs more than a package includes?

Extra pages, logo animation, and priority turnaround are all published add-ons. Nothing gets added to your invoice without a published price attached to it.

Do you offer payment plans beyond the deposit split?

Not currently — it’s deposit-now / balance-on-delivery, or pay in full for the discount. The Design Care Plan is the one package billed monthly.

Is sales tax added at checkout?

Design services aren’t currently subject to Maryland sales tax, so the tax line on your order shows $0.00.
