Will I lose my search rankings if you touch my site?
Not with the Refresh tier — it restyles your existing pages without changing your URLs or content structure, which is exactly what protects your rankings. If your structure genuinely needs to change, that’s the Full Redesign tier, and we discuss the SEO tradeoffs explicitly before you book it.
What’s the actual difference between Refresh and Full Redesign?
Refresh keeps your sitemap and URLs and restyles what’s there — 10 days, up to 6 pages. Full Redesign rebuilds the information architecture itself when the structure, not just the look, is the problem — 4 weeks, new IA.
Do you keep my current CMS or platform?
Refresh works within your current platform. Full Redesign can migrate you to a new one if that’s part of the scope — we agree this in writing before kickoff, not after.
My site isn’t that outdated — I just want a few pages redone. Can you do less than 6 pages?
Refresh covers up to 6 pages at $1,900 regardless of whether you use all six — it’s priced as a package, not per page. If you only need one or two pages retouched, mention it before booking and we’ll confirm it still fits.
