Marsh & Co. Realty
Challenge
A hypothetical real-estate brokerage with a dated, inconsistent site — every listing page built slightly differently, three button styles, two different card layouts for the same content. The Full Redesign brief: not just a restyle, but a structural fix, since the listings pages were the actual usability problem.
Approach
New information architecture came first — a clearer path from homepage to listing to contact — under the Full Redesign scope. Rather than hand-build every page individually, a small style guide was built alongside it, so every listing card, filter, and contact form used the same defined components.
Outcome
A rebuilt seven-section site structure and a documented style guide underneath it — proof that a redesign and a design system solve two different problems (the structure, and the consistency) that often show up in the same brief.
