Every package runs through the same process, whether it’s a $1,600 style guide or an $11,000 site. Here’s exactly what happens, in order.

Pick a package & pay the deposit.
Add a package to your cart, choose deposit or pay-in-full, and check out. That’s the booking.

Get your written scope.
Within 1 business day, you get a written scope document: what’s included, what isn’t, the timeline, and the number of revision rounds.

Kickoff.
A short working session — async or a call, your choice — to confirm direction, gather anything I need from you, and start design.

Design & build.
I work through your package’s scope on the timeline stated in your scope document.

Two rounds of revisions.
You review, I refine. Two rounds are included in every package; most projects land inside that.

Final payment, handoff & launch.
The remaining balance is due, source files and full ownership transfer, and the work goes live — or into your hands, if it’s not a website.

What I need from you
- A single point of contact who can approve direction — design by committee slows everything down.
- Any existing brand assets, logins, or content you already have, up front.
- Feedback within a few business days at each review point — the timeline in your scope document assumes reasonably prompt replies.
- Honest answers in the kickoff session — the scope document is only as good as the brief it’s built on.

What if I go quiet during the project?
The timeline in your scope document assumes reasonably prompt feedback. Long gaps push your delivery date back — I’ll flag it, but I can’t hold a slot open indefinitely against other booked work.
Can I speed things up?
Add Priority Queue ($800) at checkout — it moves your project ahead in the schedule and cuts turnaround by roughly 40%.
What if I need to pause the project partway through?
Let me know as early as possible. Once work has started, pausing or ending a project falls under the terms on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
