Challenge
Tallybird is a hypothetical invoicing tool for freelancers. The brief: a single core flow — create an invoice, send it, get paid — had to be usable by someone with zero patience for software, designed and prototyped the way the Design Sprint package is actually scoped.
Approach
Flow mapping came first: the exact sequence a freelancer takes from blank invoice to paid, before any screen was drawn. Wireframes tested the logic; high-fidelity screens followed in a plain, unfussy visual language; a companion four-page marketing site explained the product to someone who’s never used it.
Outcome
A 12-screen prototype and a matching marketing site — the two halves of a product launch, designed as one connected system.
